Commonly referred to as “Handtied Extensions” in the hair world, this technique is sewn to a row of silicone lined beads as the base for installation. They come in lengths of 18-24 inches on one continuous weft of hair that can be cut into smaller pieces to be customized for various head shapes. It's machine sewn to create the smallest weft-size possible making them the most seamless weft yet. They can be used to add fullness and length, all while blending seamlessly to your natural hair and texture. They are suitable for all hair types & easily customized & stackable

This method of extensions uses no heat or glue, which is why it’s my preferred method of extensions. Beads are used to create a foundation in your hair that the wefts are sewn to. The beads are placed in the shape of a "horseshoe” also known as a row, meaning all contact points of the beads & the weight of the wefts are evenly distributed. They can only be damaging if not installed properly or not cared for correctly at home.

As a general rule of thumb, 1 row is for fullness/volume and 2 rows are for length. Depending upon the density of your natural hair, 1 row can be enough to achieve minimal length. For most guests, 2 rows are required those wanting significant length and density. A third row can be added to the nape if needed.

After your initial installation, you will need to come in every 8-10 weeks for a reinstallation, or “move-up”. The hair can be used on average 3 times, with proper at-home care.

Hair extensions are a luxury service - the amount of hair & rows needed varies person to person depending on one's current hair & desired look. The initial investment for standard 18 inch hair & installation starts at $500 for 1 row and $800 for 2 rows, but will increase with longer lengths. Each subsequent “move-up” appointment has a flat rate listed on my services page.
